These Terms of Use govern the use of the MeloClash website, a free online music blind test service. By using this service, you agree to these terms.

Article 2 - Service Access

The service is freely accessible to any user with Internet access. The publisher reserves the right to suspend or modify the service without notice.

Article 3 - Registration

Using the service does not require an account. Only a username is required to play. Inappropriate or offensive usernames may be removed without notice.

Article 4 - Behavior

Users agree to use the service fairly and not to attempt to cheat or manipulate rankings. Any abusive behavior may result in a ban.

Article 5 - Intellectual Property

Music clips used in the game are the property of their respective rights holders. MeloClash uses these clips under the short quotation exception for entertainment and non-commercial purposes.

Article 6 - Limitation of Liability

The publisher cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the service. The service is provided "as is" without guarantee of availability or operation.

Data Collected

MeloClash only collects the following data:

• Username chosen by the user
• Game scores and statistics
• Avatar preferences

Data Usage

Data is used solely for the operation of the service (rankings, customization). No data is sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Cookies

MeloClash uses strictly necessary technical cookies for the operation of the service (session, preferences). No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

Data Protection

MeloClash uses Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection. This technology is GDPR compliant and does not collect personal data.

Article 1 - Purpose

MeloClash offers Premium Passes (week, month, year) with exclusive benefits. The free version remains accessible to all without limitation. These are one-time purchases without automatic renewal.

Article 2 - Pricing

Prices are displayed in the user's local currency (€, $, £) including all taxes. MeloClash reserves the right to modify its pricing at any time, but current purchases will not be affected.

Article 3 - Payment

Payment is made online via Stripe, a secure payment platform. Accepted payment methods are: credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Article 4 - Service Delivery

Premium access is activated immediately after payment validation. You will receive a confirmation email.

Article 5 - Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, you have a 14-day period to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. To exercise this right, contact us at [email protected].

Article 6 - Pass Duration

Premium Passes are available in several durations: 1 week, 1 month or 1 year. These are one-time purchases with a fixed duration and no automatic renewal. Upon expiration, you automatically return to the free version.

Article 7 - Refund

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal within 14 days, a full refund will be made within 14 days. After this period, no refund will be made except in exceptional cases studied on a case-by-case basis.
